Children exposed to trauma benefit from early intervention. Jennifer in trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has worked with both children and adults in healing from traumatic experiences.
Parenting
If you promised yourself that you would be a better parent than you had and you are finding that this is more difficult than you realized - you are not alone! Parenting is not for the faint of heart! Jennifer is a trained parent educator and can help you find ways build a meaningful relationship with your child, handle challenging behavior, and learn about important topics like discipline, self-regulation, setting limits and most of all - having fun!
